A group for people aged 19+ to discuss coming out. The first half of each meeting will focus on the advertised topic; the last half will be an open discussion. We meet on the fourth Wednesdays of the month. If there is enough demand, we will see if we can add a second meeting each month. NOTE: This is a cell-phone-free environment. During each group meeting we require that participants put their phones away, and focus on what is happening in the group – out of respect for other participants.

We are sorry to announce that we are unable to continue offering our Outdoor Recreational Group (ORG) at this time. We no longer have a volunteer who is able to take on the duties required to run this program.
To revive this program we would need a responsible volunteer who was committed to organizing the Outdoor Recreational Group. If you are interested in doing this, please contact our Volunteer Team at firstname.lastname@example.org

A group where people from diverse cultures gather together at SPECTRUM to discuss what it is like to be LGBTQ+ across the world. We meet on the second Thursdays of the month.
This social drop-in event is a great opportunity to meet other people, to talk about whatever you currently have on your mind, and to make new friends! Come and hang out with us in a casual, relaxing atmosphere where you can just be yourself! This event is ideal for you if you just want to socialize in an LGBTQ-friendly setting.
We typically talk about anything that comes to mind, from TV shows to languages to fairy tales to technology to music – and occasionally LGBTQ issues. We also have cookies and other (sometimes healthier) snacks to share. Feel free to drop in at any time between 2-5 pm. Everyone is welcome!
Visit us on Facebook.
Generally the 4th Thursday of the month.
