Rainbow Diversity Training

Spectrum’s Rainbow Diversity Training is a service that helps organizations along the path towards becoming more open and welcoming, as well as equitable and accessible to persons of all sexual and gender diversities, both to clients and employees of the organization.

Spectrum offers a variety of workshops for organizations in 2SLGBTQIA+ cultural competency that help organizations along the path towards becoming more welcoming and inclusive to 2SLGBTQIA+ employees, clients, and other partners or stakeholders.

Why does 2SLGBTQIA+ cultural competency matter? 

Anti-2SLGBTQIA+ stigma means that 2SLGBTQIA+ people face difficult choices in deciding whether they feel safe being out at work. Becoming a more open and welcoming organization can not only support employees but to improve interactions with clients who are 2SLGBTQIA+.
